Hi, I'm Bree
Among many things, I am a spouse, mother, former athlete, businesswoman, therapist and coach. Since I was a child I was curious about how people and the world worked and had a strong desire to help others. I was also very empathic and experienced a deep connection with nature. This connection and reverence for nature and life, provides me with energy and inspiration to do the work that I do today.
As a teenager I had an awakening to my greater life purpose and developed a lifelong commitment to personal development and spiritual transformation, seeing the enormous positive benefit it brought me and others. As an adult, I've had a wide variety of life experiences, all of which I intended to bring me closer to pursuing a doctorate in psychology. I was a part-time meditation teacher, volunteer manager, and a successful e-commerce entrepreneur along with my spouse for over a decade in New York City. After these adventures, and slowly feeling less connected to Self and nature, I decided to radically change everything and get back to my desire to help children and adults in a more intimate manner.
