I'm Bree

Among many things, I am a spouse, mother, former athlete,  businesswoman, therapist and coach. Since I was a child I was curious about how people and the world worked and had a strong desire to help others. I was also very empathic and experienced a deep connection with nature.  This connection and reverence for nature and life, provides me with energy and inspiration to do the work that I do today.

As a teenager I had an awakening to my greater life purpose and developed a lifelong commitment to personal development and spiritual transformation, seeing the enormous positive benefit it brought me and others.  As an adult, I've had a wide variety of life experiences, all of which I intended to bring me closer to pursuing a doctorate in psychology. I was a part-time meditation teacher, volunteer manager, and a successful e-commerce entrepreneur along with my spouse for over a decade in New York City. After these adventures, and slowly feeling less connected to Self and nature, I decided to radically change everything and get back to my desire to help children and adults in a more intimate manner.  

In 2020, after extensive training and study at Naropa University, I completed my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Psychotherapy.  Additionally, I have completed PACT  L1 training, clinical hypnotherapy L1 training, Synergetic Play Therapy training, and a certificate in life coaching.  Since 2019 I have helped dozens of individuals and couples to heal their disconnection with themselves and others, as well as to find solutions to their problems and experience inner and outer change. 

I am very grateful that every day I get to do what I love and get to provide individuals and couples with a safe, nurturing space to heal and grow.  

I currently live in Boulder, Colorado with my spouse, daughter and aquarium. I happily practice psychotherapy in the state of Colorado and offer coaching internationally.
